The Photon Cannon is the Protoss defensive structure. It can attack ground and air.

In early builds of StarCraft 2, it was called the Phase Cannon and was able to teleport anywhere within the power matrix generated by Pylons and Warp Prisms, but this ability has since been removed and so it was renamed.
