As many of you know, a press event was called last Monday to reveal brand new features that would inevitably mean the soon-release of the Starcraft 2 beta. Joeorange and I attended the event, soaking in the grandeur of Blizzard Entertainment. Though the original press release information was postponed, we got the next best thing hands-on play-time of Starcraft 2 for an entire day with a few other cool things mixed in. Although this projects a later beta release than originally predicted, its still certainly on the horizon.

But! Since there is SO much information, we will be covering the event in multiple articles we urge you to keep checking back for updates!

Though we plan on telling you all the details of the event, we would first like to drop the media that you can watch and compare. The video, which covers many units that have yet to be featured in battle-reports, and the new screenshots, which feature many unit-filled landscapes, show what Stacraft 2 has to offer.
