Friend List Not working,.. or just me?

So basically, none of my friends can add me, and I can't add none of my friends, but they can add each other to their lists, so... Is the problem in me? Or just battle.net?
It says "X account does not exist" everytime I try to add anyone to my list."
If the problem is me, how can I fix?
