Can't join 2 diablo2 realms

I seem to have a problem. I just bought and installed the diablo2, and i just can't join us East and Europe realms, only USWest and Asia. I have ports 4000, 6112-6119 open, and i fo sho couldnt have been banned, because i just got the game and never been online before, also i don't have anny other battle.net game. Please, what could be the problem, I am Eurpean and want to play in Europe realm, not America's. |

Hi Octopo,
As Sixen has mentioned, and I can confirm you do have a temporary restriction affecting those two realms. It seems you are at the beginning of it, so you still have a ways to go before it is lifted. |

This would have occurred in the past few days, as the restriction is quite new.
If you want more ideas as to how this issue may have occurred it will happen as a result of (but not limited to) the following:
- Rapidly connecting and disconnecting to Battle.net
- Creating or joining numerous games within a short time period
- By the use of "add-on programs"
- Chat channel abuse
- Failed login attempts
- In game latency caused by excessive spell effects
- Spamming text in the chat channel (often associated with bots)
- Repeated attempts to use an invalid CD-Key
- Repeated use of third-party programs (hacks) – these include but are not limited to sending bad packets, flooding the server(s), and the use of hack programs |

Correct, there is no way to remove a restriction. |
