I can be in a game for multiple minutes (sometimes 20+) and i get disconnected and come back to a temp ban. Why? How can this problem be solved by blizz? |

Temporary IP restrictions are imposed when something in your playstyle activity triggers what the servers are watching for. If you've been playing for 20 minutes or so, I'd guess it might be seeing what it thinks is intentional lag, such as can be caused by spamming certain spell effects. You'll need to think about what you're doing at the time and try changing the playstyle to prevent the restrictions. The thresholds can not be tailored on a per-user basis nor can we see the exact cause for the restriction. |
