I found the ones they posted on youtube and their new site, but none of them are new gameplay videos.

Har Har Har, maybe it is, but I thought I heard him during Blizzcon (if you watched it) saying that BR4 would "hopefully" be out in september. We also had someone on this site say it was in localization phase, but I could be wrong. I thought I had heard him say it.
