Is Blizzard going to set up the fansites with beta keys? I know they talked about it, but if it is coming on soon I'd think Blizzard would of started giving them out already not if soon. So I guess we will have to wait and see.

i think they will hit the beta date. they are ditermined now to close the core. (untill the next day after the beta that they will open the core again to change all the thinks that beta brought to the light)lol

Dude, Blizzard does not need StarCraft 2 to survive for 3 years... They're trying to introduce a completely new kind of sporting event to the western world (and in turn earn way more than a regular game release ever would), they'll spend as much time as it takes to polish this game.

Beta this summer equals game this winter.

I did the math Shadowie. Blizzard has 11 million WoW players!

It's about 15 bucks a month for a WoW account. So you times 15 by 11 million.

Activision Blizzard is quoted on the stock exchange. Their shareholders will want monetary returns. From these news, I understand that the game will be released for Christmas to generate the biggest income possible!

Just knowing that the game is nearing completation, I am overjoyed. I hope it comes out for Christmas, because I should be getting my new computer then. Then that means that there is a 90% chance I will get SC2. And I won't have to use my money on buying it.

they have so many people to pay and such hardware to support that lots of money are been spending there, and now that they are in the stock market, money its allways an issue!

i am sure they will do a great job with starcraft and diablo 3 cause i go seek of mmorpgs.

Im not sure, every time i go watch a movie based on a game its the worst movie ever because we know the game so it dont work. Maybe it will good for ppl who never know the game but why the go see this movie
