Perhaps against better judgement, SC2Pod now has its own chat room ;)
For now it's open to everyone, even anonymous users (just skip the password field). The last 20 lines said in the chatroom will be visible to people that join later, so feel free to write something even if no one is online at the moment. Think of it as a shoutbox.

Ok, so, since nobody posted about it yet in here, I guess I will. Also, because the chance to ninja the Mods = WIN.

Because of one douchebag hacker, unregistered users can no longer post links or images. Your assignment: Find him, and feed him to the Queen of Blades.

Two suggestions:
1. Use the emoticons ( :D :) :P and so on) from the forum in place of the ones there. They look weird.
2. Give some minerals for chatting. Maybe 1 mineral for every 5-10 lines of chat? One per line would be far too much IMHO.

I agree Tiger. A lot of people type a lot of lines with incomplete thoughts. Plus spamming will rack up a lot of minerals as well. One mineral per 10 lines is a good number imo.

We had talked about giving Vespene Gas (and just adjusting the store to require some Gas for certain things) for answering questions correct on PodBot, ;).
