Looks about the same size as a Creep Tumor, could be one of those under construction, or another Spore Crawler being built

They're definitely not completed creep tumors. You can see a completed creep tumor between the two pink things. I agree with Tomer that it's a building that's still building, probably Spore Crawler considering the proximity of other Creep Tumors and the incoming air attack.

At about 7:19 a Queen lays a Creep Tumor near the top of the screen. I don't know that the BR definitely confirms that that's what this screenie's things are, but it seems quite likely to me either way.

What he's saying is that Creep Tumors right there would be absolutely useless. I completely agree. Something that would be useful there is spore crawlers or other defenses. Despite the pink things's small size, I think a defense of some sort is the best guess.

@Detail: not likely. They seem far too important to be minor decoration. Constructing creep tumors seems like the best guess at the moment, but I'm pretty sure that Queens actually just plop them down instantly (isn't that what happened in BR3?).
