Sigh ok, here is a quick tutorial on how to use the internet:

1. Google for router settings, or perhaps port forwarding
2. Both return a site called portforward.com
3. Click on your router
4. Click on StarCraft
5. Follow the instructions

Google it first

Actually, disabling the firewall doesn't help, you need to have that enabled and configured.

Shadowie, maybe we should make these steps like a "tab" section or at a easily seen location on the site incase we have the same issues with battle.net 2.0 when SC2 comes out.

Virus Protector

A firewall isn't the same as anti-virus. A firewall can be either software (a program running on your computer like Windows Firewall) or hardware (a device that connects to your computer and to your Internet modem; this doubles as a router) and tries to protect your computer from unauthorized access from the Internet and, especially in software firewalls, tries to make sure nothing on your computer that's not supposed to can access the Internet.
