I really need someone to give me a beta key and show me the ropes of the game. Can anyone help me?

The ropes of the game are pretty damn easy to pick up.

All you have to do is play. The matchmaking system ensures that you're not vsing people with insanely high apm's and whose skill level is immensely higher than yours. Thus you'll learn quicker (due to winning more) and you have a chance of winning.

I've a suspicion that this is more about the beta key

How about creating a post on the new members board introducing yourself? You know, at least try to make it look like you didn't just join to ask for a Beta key...

Yeah it sounds like you just joined the sc2.pod just to get a beta key for sc2 beta like the last person posted!
