Added some ranks to the forum, all except admin and staff depend on your mineral count, enjoy

As before, spamming or posting very short posts just to get minerals is not allowed.

Here are the mineral limits (they're meant to last a while):

14000 - General
9000 - Colonel
5000 - Major
2000 - Commander
1000 - Captain
400 - Lieutenant
150 - Sergeant
50 - Corporal
1 - Private

More ranks will be added once we got a General or two.

These are the ways you can gain minerals:

+8 - Forum post
+4 - Comment
+1 - Grade something (1-5 stars)
+? - Contribute to the wiki (minerals for this is added manually, PM me with your edits)

shadowie u should do put somewhere a tap who say have much mineral we need for each rank. did the mineral will be use for other thing or only for this

Nope they're not limited like that, they only depend on mineral count.
